We welcome returns of items that are lightly used, provided they remain in a resale condition with all original packaging and components returned. We encourage parents and teachers to unpack, assemble, and gently experience our easels and art tables.

Light and Screen Variations: The actual color of our children’s easels and wooden tables may show minor differences depending on ambient lighting conditions or individual monitor display settings. This is a normal visual characteristic of furniture materials.
Natural Material Characteristics: Since our easels are crafted using solid wood elements, slight natural variations in wood grain, texture, or organic depth may be visible. These are normal, inherent features of natural wood.
Please rest assured that these natural visual traits are ordinary qualities. If you are not satisfied with the actual visual look or wood grain pattern, you are fully supported to initiate a return within your 30 business days window. We will never use these natural physical characteristics as an excuse to block or complicate your return process.
To ensure that your return is tracked correctly and processed in a timely manner, we require all customers to coordinate their shipments through our customer support team first. Uncoordinated deliveries are difficult to link to transaction files, which leads to massive delays.
Returns must be authorized by contacting our customer support email (Help@kidartstand.com) to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) code and the correct returns address before shipping any items. If you return items without obtaining an RMA code beforehand, it may lead to significant processing delays. Please contact us to receive the proper, step-by-step instructions. Once you contact us, our support team will provide your unique RMA code and confirm the returns address. Please write the RMA code clearly on the outer shipping carton to help our support team update your order status.
Return shipping responsibilities are divided clearly depending on the reason for returning the kids’ art table or double-sided easel:
Product Quality Issues (Seller Responsibility): If you receive a product with physical defects, transit damages, or missing parts, we are responsible for the return shipping fees. We will provide a pre-paid shipping label or reimburse your shipping costs fully so that you incur no expense. Please report these concerns to us within 48 hours of delivery and attach clear photographs.
Change of Mind (Buyer Responsibility): If you decide the easel is too large for your playroom, or if your kid prefers a different color variant after unpacking, this is considered a remorse return. In these scenarios, buyers are responsible for purchasing the return shipping label and arranging the carrier pick-up or drop-off.
We believe in fair and transparent policies that support honest consumers. We do not charge customers punitive processing fees just for returning an item.

The full subtotal of your purchase will be credited back to your original payment card, provided the returned items arrive at our returns address in resale condition within the return window.
Once your return is received at our returns address, our team will process the transaction details to ensure everything is settled quickly.
Review Processing: Please allow 1-3 business days for your returned items to be reviewed and approved in our system. Once approved, we will immediately initiate the refund transaction.
Bank Processing: The credit will be sent back to the original Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover card used during checkout. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refunded funds to be displayed on your credit card statement, depending on your financial institution’s processing speeds.

Cancellation Window: We offer a 12-hour cancellation window from the exact time of order placement. Since standard orders are processed and queued for courier pickup quickly, any cancellation requests submitted after this 12-hour window cannot be processed. If your order has already entered the courier system, you will need to receive the package and follow our standard return process.
To protect our online store and maintain our high service quality, we reserve the right to withhold refund approvals in extreme cases of intentional fraud. This includes shipping back packages containing unrelated items, malicious product swaps, or intentionally damaging a product to claim a free replacement. We resolve these rare situations objectively and professionally to ensure safety and fairness for all parties.
