We are committed to delivering our creative play products safely and reliably. To guarantee consistent transit quality and structural safety during handling, we limit our transport services exclusively to destinations within the contiguous United States (lower 48 states). Consequently, we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, any unincorporated territories of the United States, or international destinations.
We strive to support all families and educational programs across the country. However, due to complex logistics routing and strict address verification limitations inherent in military mailing networks, we are currently unable to ship orders to APO, FPO, or DPO addresses. We are actively working with our logistics partners to find viable routing and verification solutions to support our military customers in the future. In addition, our standard delivery carriers do not deliver large furniture items to P.O. Boxes; therefore, all customers must provide a valid physical street address during checkout to prevent processing delays.
We offer clear, upfront shipping fees with no hidden surcharges at checkout. Our shipping fee structure is directly linked to your order subtotal and is calculated dynamically before the final payment step.
Orders of $85.00 and Over: All orders with a checkout subtotal of $85.00 or more (excluding sales tax) qualify for our free standard shipping option.
Orders Under $85.00: For orders with a subtotal under $85.00, a flat shipping rate of $8.00 is applied at checkout.

To help you plan your classroom setups and gift schedules, we provide realistic delivery estimations based on standard carrier performance. We calculate our delivery timelines using a simple, sequential equation:
Order Processing Time (1-3 business days) + Transit Time (3-8 business days) = Total Estimated Delivery Time (4-11 business days)
Order Cutoff Time: 3:00 PM CST daily. Orders placed after this time will be processed on the following business day.

Transit Time: 3-8 business days across the contiguous United States under normal conditions.
Please note that our shipping estimates are based on normal operations. During holiday periods or severe weather events, carriers may experience routing delays. We do not guarantee delivery dates, but we provide realistic estimates based on our logistics partners.
We ensure that you remain fully informed throughout the transport cycle of your kids’ art tables or double-sided magnetic board easels. Once your order has been handed to our carrier partners, you will receive an automated shipping notification email.
This notification contains a secure link with a unique tracking number. Please note that tracking information typically requires 24-48 hours to activate and display status changes in the carrier’s tracking system. Depending on item weight and size, orders containing multiple items may ship in separate boxes to optimize transport safety. You will receive separate tracking links for each box, and no additional fees are charged for split shipments.
Customers are solely responsible for providing complete and accurate mailing details during the checkout phase. Please double-check your street number, unit number, street name, and postal code before completing your transaction.
Address Corrections: If you discover a typo or an incorrect detail in your checkout address, you must contact our customer support team at Help@kidartstand.com within 12 hours of placing your order. We are unable to redirect packages or intercept shipments once carriers have received the order. KidArtStand cannot assume responsibility or issue refunds for packages that are misdelivered, delayed, or lost due to address inaccuracies provided by the buyer.
Missing Packages: For packages that are marked as “Delivered” by the carrier but are missing from your delivery spot, we advise checking with family members, neighbors, or building management first. If the parcel remains unlocated, you must contact the carrier directly within 5 business days of the marked delivery date to file a formal claim. While we can assist with tracking details, KidArtStand does not assume liability for packages that are stolen or lost after successful carrier delivery.
Our children’s creative furniture and double-sided activity easels are packed securely to withstand the demands of standard carrier handling. However, transport mishaps can occasionally occur.
Please inspect your boxes carefully upon arrival. If your package shows visible crushing, tearing, or water damage, or if you discover physical defects upon unboxing, you must report these concerns to us within 48 hours of delivery. Contact us at Help@kidartstand.com with your Order Number and attach clear, high-resolution photographs showing the damaged outer packaging and the affected product parts. Once verified, we will work with you to arrange a replacement part or process a standard return at our expense.
